1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website (devorbitpoint.click), enrolling in any technical analysis training program, workshop, or clinic, or interacting with Dev Orbit Point Co., Ltd. (“Dev Orbit Point”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from enrolling in our educational programs.

2. Nature of Educational Services

Dev Orbit Point operates strictly as a technical analysis training academy and chart education provider. All workshops, lectures, chart archives, trade journal audits, clinics, and written materials are designed solely for educational, analytical, and informational purposes.

We do not provide personalized financial, investment, or brokerage advice, nor do we manage investment funds, issue live buy/sell trade recommendations, or solicit financial transactions. All analytical methodologies and risk management models are taught to foster independent technical chart reading skills.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All instructional curriculum, proprietary false breakout diagnostic flowcharts, slide decks, video recordings, physical training binders, and historical chart archives provided during workshops remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dev Orbit Point Co., Ltd. Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review materials for individual educational use.

Redistribution, public broadcasting, resale, republication, or unauthorized commercial reproduction of our course materials or proprietary chart datasets is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Dev Orbit Point.

4. Enrollment, Attendance, and Code of Conduct

Participants in in-person Chiang Mai studio cohorts and live digital classrooms are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct. Dev Orbit Point reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any participant whose behavior disrupts classroom instruction or infringes on fellow students’ learning environment, subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability & Market Risk

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of capital loss. Past technical performance or historical chart pattern case studies analyzed during our training sessions do not guarantee future market behavior. Dev Orbit Point Co., Ltd., its directors, instructors, and employees shall not be held liable for any financial losses, trading damages, or indirect expenses incurred by students in their independent market activities.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and all related enrollment agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal dispute or claim arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
