Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: August 2026 • Dev Orbit Point Co., Ltd.
1. Overview and Commitment
At Dev Orbit Point Co., Ltd., we maintain small, highly focused cohorts (capped at 12 seats) and dedicated 1-on-1 mentorship programs. Because an enrollment reservation directly limits seat availability for other candidates, we have established clear, fair guidelines regarding refunds, cancellations, and schedule adjustments.
2. Workshop & Cohort Cancellation by Student
A. Full Refund Eligibility (Advance Notice)
If you cancel your enrollment at least 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of your workshop or clinic cohort, you are eligible for a 100% full refund of tuition paid, minus any standard bank transfer processing fees.
B. Partial Refund Eligibility (7 to 13 Days Notice)
If you request cancellation between 7 and 13 calendar days prior to the cohort start date, you are eligible for a 70% partial refund. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer 100% of your tuition credit to any upcoming cohort within the next six (6) months at no additional charge.
C. Late Cancellations (Under 7 Days Prior to Start)
Cancellations submitted fewer than 7 calendar days before the cohort start date are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your enrollment seat to an authorized substitute participant upon 48 hours prior written notice.
3. The First-Session Satisfaction Review (4-Week Masterclass)
For our flagship 4-Week False Breakout Detection Lab, if after attending the complete first live module you feel the curriculum does not meet your technical expectations, you may submit a formal withdrawal request within 24 hours following the conclusion of Session 1. You will receive a prorated refund (75% of tuition), provided physical course binders are returned to the studio in original condition.
4. 1-on-1 Private Mentorship Policy
- Uncommenced Mentorship: Cancellations made before the diagnostic trade audit and initial strategy session will receive a 100% full refund.
- In-Progress Mentorship: Once private 1-on-1 coaching sessions have commenced, completed sessions and finalized personalized playbooks are strictly non-refundable. Remaining unutilized scheduled sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis or frozen for up to twelve (12) months.
- Rescheduling Policy: Private 1-on-1 sessions may be rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours prior notice to the instructor. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows forfeit that individual session credit.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Dispatched or unsealed physical lab binders, workbooks, and printed chart archives.
- Individual coaching sessions or trade journal audits already completed.
- Participant no-shows to scheduled live cohort workshops without prior notice.
6. Course Rescheduling or Cancellation by Dev Orbit Point
In the rare event that Dev Orbit Point must postpone or cancel a workshop due to instructor illness, severe weather, or unforeseen studio facility disruption, enrolled students will be offered the choice of:
- An immediate 100% full refund of all tuition paid via the original payment method, OR
- Priority guaranteed seat transfer to the rescheduled cohort date.
7. Refund Request Procedure & Processing Timeline
To initiate a formal refund or cancellation request, please email info@devorbitpoint.click with the subject line “Tuition Refund Request - [Your Full Name]” including your enrollment invoice number, registered email, and reason for withdrawal.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 banking business days and returned via the original method of payment (bank transfer or original card issuer).
